After filling in all the information, check the «I Accept" box to agree to the terms and proceed. 7.Once completed, submit the application form online. ৪.After submission, take a printout of the Acknowledgment Copy of the appication form for future reference. 9. The application fee can be paid online through: Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card Or through an authorized service provider 10. Ensure all details are correct. Afीter submission, any modification is allowed only before the final submission. 11. If any changes are required, click Preview, then Modify, and finally click Submit. 12.
