 Valid Photo Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card (or e-Aadhaar printout), Voter ID Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, or any other ID card issued by University/College/School, or Employer ID Card (Govt./PSU).

  Scanned Passport-size Photograph: As per specified dimensions (usually 20-50 KB) and format.

  Scanned Signature: As per specified dimensions (usually 10-20 KB) and format, on white paper with a black ink pen.

  Tier-II: Computer Based Examination (CBE) + Skill Test (DEST/CPT for specific posts)

    This tier consists of multiple papers depending on the post applied for.

    Paper-I (Compulsory for All Posts):

      Section I: Module-I: Mathematical Abilities (30 Q, 90 Marks); Module-II: Reasoning and General Intelligence (30 Q, 90 Marks) - 1 Hour

    Negative Marking in Tier-II: 1 mark for wrong answers in Paper I (Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning & General Intelligence, English Language & Comprehension, General Awareness) and Paper II/III. No negative marking for Computer Knowledge and Data Entry Modules.

 Document Verification: After clearing the Tiers, candidates will undergo document verification.

  Tier-II:

    Paper-I (Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning & General Intelligence, English Language & Comprehension, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge): Advanced topics in Quantitative Aptitude, comprehensive Reasoning, detailed English grammar and comprehension, in-depth General Awareness, and basic to advanced computer knowledge.

  Tier-II: Computer Based Examination (CBE) + Skill Test (DEST/CPT for specific posts)

    This tier consists of multiple papers depending on the post applied for.

    Paper-I (Compulsory for All Posts):

      Section I: Module-I: Mathematical Abilities (30 Q, 90 Marks); Module-II: Reasoning and General Intelligence (30 Q, 90 Marks) - 1 Hour

     Section II: Module-I: English Language and Comprehension (45 Q, 135 Marks); Module-II: General Awareness (25 Q, 75 Marks) - 1 Hour

      Section III: Module-I: Computer Knowledge Test (20 Q, 60 Marks) - 15 minutes; Module-II: Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) - Qualifying only - 15 minutes

    Paper-II (For Junior Statistical Officer - JSO): Statistics (100 Q, 200 Marks) - 2 Hours

    Paper-III (For Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant Accounts Officer): General Studies (Finance and Economics) (100 Q, 200 Marks) - 2 Hours

   Negative Marking in Tier-II: 1 mark for wrong answers in Paper I (Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning & General Intelligence, English Language & Comprehension, General Awareness) and Paper II/III. No negative marking for Computer Knowledge and Data Entry Modules.

 Document Verification: After clearing the Tiers, candidates will undergo document verification.

  Final Selection: Based on the merit in Tier-II and post preference.

6. Syllabus (Key Highlights):

 Tier-I:

    General Intelligence & Reasoning: Analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization, problem-solving, analysis, judgment, decision-making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, etc.

    General Awareness: History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Policy, Scientific Research, Current Events (National & International).

    Quantitative Aptitude: Whole numbers, decimals, fractions, relationships between numbers, percentage, ratio & proportion, square roots, averages, interest, profit & loss, discount, time & distance, time & work, basic algebraic identities, geometry (triangle, circle, etc.), mensuration, trigonometry, statistical charts.

    English Comprehension: Spot the error, fill in the blanks, synonyms/antonyms, spelling/detecting misspelled words, idioms & phrases, one-word substitution, improvement of sentences, active/passive voice, direct/indirect narration, cloze passage, comprehension passage.

  Tier-II:

    Paper-I (Mathematical Abilities, Reasoning & General Intelligence, English Language & Comprehension, General Awareness, Computer Knowledge): Advanced topics in Quantitative Aptitude, comprehensive Reasoning, detailed English grammar and comprehension, in-depth General Awareness, and basic to advanced computer knowledge.

    Paper-II (Statistics): Collection, Classification and Presentation of Statistical Data, Measures of Central Tendency, Measures of Dispersion, Moments, Skewness and Kurtosis, Correlation and Regression, Probability Theory, Random Variable and Probability Distributions, Sampling Theory, Statistical Inference, Analysis of Variance, Time Series Analysis, Index Numbers.

    Paper-III (General Studies - Finance and Economics): Fundamentals of Accounting, Financial Accounting, Basic Concept of Economics and Introduction to Micro Economics, Theory of Demand and Supply, Theory of Production and Cost, Forms of Market and Price Determination, Indian Economy, Economic Reforms in India, Money and Banking, Role of Comptroller and Auditor General of India, Finance Commission.
