designed to evaluate a candidate's aptitude and skills for various government
posts like Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA),
Postal Assistant (PA), Sorting Assistant (SA), and Data Entry Operator (DEO). Here is a detailed

Examination (CBE) and Skill Test/Typing Test Candidates who qualify
Tier 1 are eligible to appear for Tier 2. This tier is also conducted in
computer-based mode and consists of three sections. Tier 2 is the most
crucial stage as the final merit list is prepared based on the marks obtained
in this tier. Tier 2 is conducted in
two sessions on the same day: Session-I and Session-II. Session-I (2 hours and
15 minutes): This session is
divided into three sections with two modules each.

certificates, caste certificates, age proof, etc. 4. Final Selection The final merit list for the SSC CHSL 2025
is prepared solely based on the total marks obtained by the candidates in
Tier 2 (Session-I). The marks from the Tier 1 examination are
used only for shortlisting candidates for Tier 2 and do not count towards the
final merit list. Final selection and allocation of posts are
done based on the merit list and the options exercised by the candidates
during the application process, subject to their qualification in the skill
